Q: How do I purchase?
Easy! Simply click on the ‘BUY NOW’ orange button at the top of this page. You will be directed to the Paypal page for check out using Paypal (if you have) or Credit Card.
As we are an E-commerce website, the only way to purchase is online. We do not operate as a physical store so that the savings can go back to our customers, YOU!
Q: I don't have Paypal, can I pay with Credit Card?
Yes, you can. Click on the BUY NOW button. There are 2 options available – 'Paypal' or 'Credit Card'. Select 'Credit Card'.
Q: I don't have Paypal and Credit Card, can I still buy?
While we are working to expand our payment options, currently it is limited to accepting PayPal and Credit Card. You may try using your Debit Card.
Q: Is it SAFE to order online from your website?
Absolutely. We use a 256-bit secure ordering server so you are protected the same as if you were ordering from Amazon.com or any other trusted website.
Q: How to redeem a Coupon?
When you click on "Check Out" and fill in the payment information, you will be prompt to add something in the Coupon field (optional). Enter a valid coupon code to redeem any Discount or Gift.

Q: Do I need to create an account?
Not necessarily. You may check out as a Guest.
Q: What are the benefits of having an account?
It is advisable to create your Account so you can:
- check the status of your current and/or past Orders
- contact Customer support for speedy assistance
- check your Shipping and Payment information
- Add an item to "My Cart" so you can purchase in the future
- Manage your coupons
Q: I forgot my Account password. What should I do?
Simply click on "Forgot my password", enter your email address used for your Account and an email will be automatically sent to you to reset your password.

Q: How do I know if I made my order successfully?
Once the payment is completed, you will receive an Order confirmation email. If you did not receive this, you should check your Spam folder to be doubly sure.
Q: How do I check my Order details?
Just log into your Account and click "My Orders".
Q: How to change or cancel my Orders?
If you want to change or cancel your Order, please contact us within 12 hours after receiving your order confirmation. If your order status is Shipped, we cannot cancel or change your order.
Q: How long does delivery take?
It takes about 2 to 3 weeks (United States) or 2 to 4 weeks (international) for most products to be delivered. This depends on your location in the world.

Once your order is shipped out, you will be given a tracking no. and tracking link by email. You can also see this in your Account when you click on "My Orders" section.
About Returns & Refunds
Q: What should I do if the item(s) I receive are not satisfactory?
Meeting your strict expectations is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the Product, first read our Refunds Policy here to ensure if this is applicable to your order.
You must claim your Refund within 30 days after receiving the item.
You may be eligible for a refund or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item purchased. We reserve all rights to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues. Under any circumstance, we will not refund the original shipping cost.
Q: What should I do if I received the wrong item(s)?
If you have received an Item that you did not order or it's someone else's, contact us here as soon as possible. Describe the problem and attach photo(s) where applicable.
Q: What should I do if I have missing item(s) in my Order?
For logistical reasons, sometimes items in the same order may reach you in different parcels. So don't panic if you did not get them all at once... they are on the way!
But if you are certain you have received your order and some item(s) are missing then contact us here and we will be happy to track it for you. Once we verify that the item is missing, we either refund that item cost or send you a replacement 100% free of charge.
Q: What should I do if the item(s) I receive are damaged?
If the item you receive is damaged or defective upon arrival, you are eligible for a replacement.
Contact us here and furnish photo and/or video evidence of the Product damage.
Alternatively you can open the parcel in front of the Delivery person and if you found it damaged during shipping, you can reject it. You will still need to contact us as soon as possible.
We offer insurance on the following:
Lost In Transit: if the product delivery exceeds 30 days than its scheduled date, we will assume the product is lost and refund you.
Damage In Transit: if the product gets damaged during delivery.
Q: How soon can I get my refund?
In most cases, we process your refund in 5 business days or less. The refund will be credited to the source account you paid from. Paypal refunds are instant. Credit Card refunds may take up to 5-7 business days.
